INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup Rolled Oats
- 400ml can of coconut milk
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder
- 2 tablespoons EveryOrganics Slow Smoked Honey
To serve:
- Granola
- Coconut Flakes
- Blueberries
- Extra EveryOrganics Slow Smoked Honey
METHOD
In a small saucepan over a medium temperature, add the porridge ingredients.
Bring to a simmer and stir consistently for 5-10 minutes or until the oats are cooked.
Remove from the stovetop and allow to cool and thicken.
Serve in two small-medium bowls with extra smoked honey. Top with granola and blueberries.
