Ingredients
- 2 cans organic black lentils
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup coconut cream
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 2 tsp garlic paste
- 2 tsp ginger paste
- 2 tsp EveryOrganics Cold Smoked Sea Salt
- 6 Tbsp EveryOrganics Cold Smoked Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 onion chopped
- ½ cup tomato paste
- 2 tsp coconut sugar
- 1 lemon squeezed
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 2 tsp sesame seeds
- Coriander
Method
- In a pan, add the EveryOrganics cold smoked extra virgin olive oil followed by the curry powder, garlic and ginger paste, cold smoked sea salt, & let it sizzle well.
- Add the cumin seeds and black lentils with the cup of water and mix together well.
- Add the coconut cream, coconut sugar, & tomato paste.
- Let it simmer for 10 minutes until it thickens then top with lemon and coriander.
- Then let it cook again for another 10-15 minutes.
- Drizzle some coconut cream on top and garnish with sesame seeds & extra EveryOrganics cold smoked sea salt.
Boil some organic white rice with turmeric, and serve.
