Cheesy Everymite nachos




1 Tomato chopped

1 Avocado sliced

4 Tbsp sour cream

4 Tbsp everymite spread

1 lime

Handful fresh parsley

Handful fresh basil

¼ cup Parmesan cheese

¼ cup cheddar cheese

A plate if nacho chips

Salt and pepper to taste

Method –

Add the nachos to a plate then pop the everymite spread on top and add in the Parmesan and Jeddah cheese then pop into the oven for 10 minutes until the chips become crunchy and the cheese melts away.

Add chopped tomatoes Ana avocado to the chips followed by the sour cream, some lime salt and pepper to taste, garnish with some fresh parsley and basil and serve
