12 -14 crostini crackers

1 avocado mashed

½ tsp chilli (optional)

3-4 tbsp EveryMite

½ cucumber sliced

¼ cup cream cheese

¼ cup alfalfa sprouts

2 spring onions chopped finely

½ lemon


  • Add the mashed avocado to some of the crostini then add EveryMite to the other half of the crostini

  • Garnish with sesame seeds, salt, pepper, chilli flakes and sliced cucumber & spring onions

  • Top with alfalfa sprouts

  • Add a squeeze of lemon and to the other crostinis, cream cheese, & EveryMite and then garnish again with the other toppings and enjoy !
