Delicious, crispy super seed crackers with pumpkin, sunflower and hemp seeds.

What you need:
1/2 cup rice flour
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup hemp seeds
2 tbsp black poppy seeds
2 tbsp white sesame seeds
2 tbsp psyllium husk
2 tbsp Braggs nutritional yeast
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 cup boiling water
How to:
1. Preheat oven to 170C and line a large baking tray with baking paper.
2. In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients, then add water.
3. Let mixture sit stirred for 5 minutes.
4. Transfer mixture between two pieces of baking paper and roll out until thin.
5. Transfer to baking tray.
6. Cook in oven for 20 minutes.
7. Remove and slice into bars.
8. Return to oven for 5-10 minutes.
