
Brekkie Burger with EveryMite

Ingredients:
- Everymite
- Avocado
- Lemon
- Tomato
- Marinated Tempeh
- Knowrish Well Vegan Cheese Powder
- Warm Water
- Baby Spinach
- Hemp Oil
- Genius Gluten Free Bun
- Table of Plenty Macadamia Dukkah
Method:
- Make Cheesy Tempeh "Bacon" by mixing 1 tablespoon of the vegan cheese powder with 1 tablespoon of warm water, adding slices of marinated tempeh and baking for fifteen minutes.
- Wilt baby spinach in hemp oil.
- Spread the bun with EveryMite, add tomato slice, spinach, avocado with lemon, tempeh slices and sprinkle with dukkah to finish.
- Enjoy!
