Ingredients
- 8-12 slices of sourdough bread
- 2 Tbsp garlic paste
- ¼ cup EveryOrganics Cold Smoked Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 tsp Italian herbs
- 4 Tbsp butter
- 1 tsp EveryOrganics Cold Smoked Salt & Pepper
- ½ tsp onion powder
Method
- In a bowl, mix together the EveryOrganics Cold Smoked Extra Virgin Olive Oil, garlic paste, Italian herbs, butter, EveryOrganics Cold Smoked Salt & Pepper, and onion powder.
- Mix together well & brush it onto the sourdough bread pieces.
- Grill in the oven for 5-7 minutes until golden and crispy then brush on more of the mixture on the top.
