COLD SMOKED GARLIC BREAD

Ingredients

  • 8-12 slices of sourdough bread
  • 2 Tbsp garlic paste
  • ¼ cup EveryOrganics Cold Smoked Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tsp Italian herbs
  • 4 Tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp EveryOrganics Cold Smoked Salt & Pepper
  • ½ tsp onion powder

Method

  1. In a bowl, mix together the EveryOrganics Cold Smoked Extra Virgin Olive Oil, garlic paste, Italian herbs, butter, EveryOrganics Cold Smoked Salt & Pepper, and onion powder.
  2. Mix together well & brush it onto the sourdough bread pieces.
  3. Grill in the oven for 5-7 minutes until golden and crispy then brush on more of the mixture on the top.
