This Creamy Cheezy Vegetable Gratin is such a winter comfort dish…

Delicious and easy to make!! Simply chop all veggies (I got my organic ones from *), protein of choice and sautée with EVOO, s&p to get the flavour, then bake with your fav sauce with a sprinkle of cheese to finish off 🤩 I also added a tsp of bone broth miso for umami + gut-loving goodness😊

  • 1 cup celery stalks (chopped)*
  • 1 zucchini, diced*
  • 1 large potato, diced*
  • 1/2 cup mushroom, sliced*
  • 1 small onion, diced*
  • 1 block firm tofu, diced
  • 1 pouch Pumpkin & Sage pasta sauce @ausorganicfoodco @thegoodieboxaustralia
  • Slow-smoked EVOO & salt for cooking @everyorganics
  • 1 tsp Populate bone broth @gevityrx
