• 12-14 crostini crackers
  • 1 avocado mashed
  • ½ tsp chilli (optional)
  • 3-4 tbsp EveryMite
  • ½ cucumber sliced
  • ¼ cup cream cheese
  • ¼ cup alfalfa sprouts
  • 2 spring onions chopped finely
  • ½ lemon


  1. Add the mashed avocado to some of the crostini then add EveryMite to the other half of the crostini.
  2. Garnish with sesame seeds, salt, pepper, chilli flakes, and sliced cucumber & spring onions.
  3. Top with alfalfa sprouts.
  4. Add a squeeze of lemon and to the other crostinis, cream cheese, & EveryMite and then garnish again with the other toppings and enjoy!
