EVERYMITE CROSTINI

Ingredients
- 12-14 crostini crackers
- 1 avocado mashed
- ½ tsp chilli (optional)
- 3-4 tbsp EveryMite
- ½ cucumber sliced
- ¼ cup cream cheese
- ¼ cup alfalfa sprouts
- 2 spring onions chopped finely
- ½ lemon
Method
- Add the mashed avocado to some of the crostini then add EveryMite to the other half of the crostini.
- Garnish with sesame seeds, salt, pepper, chilli flakes, and sliced cucumber & spring onions.
- Top with alfalfa sprouts.
- Add a squeeze of lemon and to the other crostinis, cream cheese, & EveryMite and then garnish again with the other toppings and enjoy!
