Everymite pea and avo turmeric wrap

EveryMite, Pea and Avo Turmeric Wrap

This yummy recipe is from Candy at Nourished and Flourished, Sydney.


  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • 1.5 tsp psyllium husk powder
  • 2.5 tbsp unflavoured protein powder
  • 1/2 cup warm water
  • 1/4 cup frozen green peas, thawed
  • 1 tablespoon vegan cheese
  • 1/3 avocado, mashed with lemon juice, salt, and pepper
  • 2 teaspoons EveryMite


  1. Mix the oats, turmeric, pepper, psyllium, protein powder, and water together and let sit for 5 mins for the oats to absorb the liquid.
  2. Form a dough and flatten with your hand to make a thin flatbread shape.
  3. Fry with a bit of oil on both sides until golden brown.
  4. Mash the peas together with the vegan cheese.
  5. Spread EveryMite over the wrap, top with the pea mixture, and then the avocado mixture.
  6. Roll into a wrap and enjoy!
  7. Serves one.
