Protein- Packed Mashed Avo and Cheesy Peas Turmeric Roll

PROTEIN-PACKED MASHED AVO & CHEESY PEAS TURMERIC ROLL

(Makes 1 roll)

1/3 cup rolled oats

1/2 tsp ground turmeric 

Pinch of black pepper 

1.5 tsp psyllium husk powder 

2.5 tbsp unflavoured protein powder 

1/2 cup warm water

Mix everything together and let sit for 5mins for the oats to absorb the liquid. Form a dough and flatten with your hand to form a flatbread shape on a non-stick pan. Fry with a bit of oil on both sides until golden brown. Use it as a wrap.

✖️Fillings: 

1/4 cup frozen green peas, thawed then mashed with vegan cheese

1/3 avocado, mashed with lemon juice, salt and pepper
