Simple, high-protein brekkie omelette rolls full of veggies!
I cooked it with smoked salt & EVOO for the yummy smoky flavour 🥰 Served w/ quick tangy pickled red cabbage and a sprinkle of hemp seed salad sprinkle @vassevalley 😋 I also added collagen and bone broth to the mixture for the ultimate gut-healing benefits + skin health✨
🌟Do this: dice all the veggies and sauté with oil & seasoning, add to egg mixture and pan-fry until golden brown, then roll them up and cut into rolls! Super yummy and great for meal prep!
- 2 egg (or vegan egg mix)
- 1/4 onion, finely diced*
- 1/2 zucchini, finely diced*
- 1/4 cup diced mushrooms *
- Slow-smoked EVOO & salt @everyorganics
- 1 tsp AM CLEANSE @gevityrx
