CHOCOLATE COLD SMOKED HONEY GANACHE CUPCAKES

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup cacao
  • 1 cup melted dark chocolate
  • ¼ cup EveryOrganics Cold Smoked Raw Honey
  • 1 cup self-raising flour
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • ¼ cup coconut sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 2 organic eggs
  • ¼ cup butter or coconut oil
  • ¼ cup crushed peanuts

METHOD

  1. In a bowl, mix together the butter, eggs, cinnamon, vanilla, melted dark chocolate, coconut sugar, almond flour, self-raising flour, EveryOrganics Cold Smoked Raw Honey, & cacao.
  2. Mix together well until it comes together like a cake batter.
  3. Add the batter to a cake tin & bake at 185 degrees for 25 minutes until a skewer comes out clean.

FROSTING

  • 4 tsp EveryOrganics Cold Smoked Raw Honey
  • 6 Tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 cup melted chocolate

Mix together well and then pop into the fridge for 15 minutes. Then pop into a piping bag and add to the cupcakes. Top with crushed peanuts.
