INGREDIENTS
- 2 organic eggs
- ¼ cup EveryOrganics cold smoked raw honey
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 cup plain flour
- ¼ cup butter or coconut oil
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ cup cacao powder
- 1 cup melted dark or milk chocolate
- ½ cup plant milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
For the icing
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 6-8 chocolate ripple biscuits crushed
- 2 Tbsp cold smoked raw honey
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
Method
- In a bowl, add in the 2 eggs, whisk together well.
- Add the honey, coconut oil (or butter), melted dark chocolate, vanilla, and milk then mix together well.
- Add in the almond and plain flour followed by the cinnamon and cacao powder.
- Pop into a Brownie pan then drizzle more honey over the top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes at 190 degrees.
To make the icing
- Mix together the whipped cream, chocolate ripple biscuits, EveryOrganics Cold Smoked Raw Honey, and vanilla essence.
- Add this to the top of the brownies once they cool down.
