• 2 organic eggs
  • ¼ cup EveryOrganics cold smoked raw honey
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup plain flour
  • ¼ cup butter or coconut oil
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ cup cacao powder
  • 1 cup melted dark or milk chocolate
  • ½ cup plant milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla

For the icing

  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 6-8 chocolate ripple biscuits crushed
  • 2 Tbsp cold smoked raw honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence


  1. In a bowl, add in the 2 eggs, whisk together well.
  2. Add the honey, coconut oil (or butter), melted dark chocolate, vanilla, and milk then mix together well.
  3. Add in the almond and plain flour followed by the cinnamon and cacao powder.
  4. Pop into a Brownie pan then drizzle more honey over the top.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 190 degrees.

To make the icing

  1. Mix together the whipped cream, chocolate ripple biscuits, EveryOrganics Cold Smoked Raw Honey, and vanilla essence.
  2. Add this to the top of the brownies once they cool down.
